English Lunch Christmas Party PR

What would you like to eat for lunch on Christmas?  This December Shintoku students worked together with their English teachers to prepare a few traditional American dishes.  Students in the general course cooperated with students in the culinary education course.  We met on Wednesdays at lunch time to practice speaking English and plan the lunch menu.  Mr. Fisher, from the English department shared some family recipes.  There was a whole roasted turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, and more!  Everyone agreed: “It’s delicious!”  I wonder what food we will prepare next time.
